DONEPEZIL (Donepezil).

     2-[(N-Benzil-4- piperidil) methyl] -5,6 - dimetoksi-1- indanon.

     Synonym : Arisept, Arisept.

     A reversible cholinesterase inhibitor.

     Applied with Alzheimer's light and medium gravity.

     Assign inside of 0,005-0,01 g (5-10 mg), 1 per day.

     Possible side effects : neuralgia, headache, dizziness, insomnia, convulsions, aetiology, violation vnutriserdechnoy conductivity.

     The drug is not suitable for adults, gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer, obstructive lung diseases.

     Effect dopenezila reinforce other cholinesterase inhibitors.

     During treatment should refuse to accept alcohol.

     Product : pills for 0.005 and 0.01 g (5 and 10 mg).
