DIDEPIL (Didepil).

     Combination pills containing protsiklidin and phenobarbital.

     Protsiklidin (Procyclidin) -1-phenyl tsiklogeksil-1- pirrolidinopropan-1- role.

     Synonyms : Apricolin, Kemadren, Kemadrin, Metanin, Osnervan, Procyclid.

     Is cholinolytic synthetic drug that affects the central and peripheral holinoretseptory. Has protivoparkinsonicheskoe effect. In conjunction with a sedative phenobarbital and general protivosudorozhnoy activity.

     Used in this context as if parkinsonizme well with epilepsy and other diseases involving convulsive reaction (eclampsia, etc.).

     Assign inside (after eating) for adults up to 6 pills a day (3 admission), in severe cases, to 8 tablets (2 tablets 4 times a day). Children under the age of 3 years are on the 1 / 2 tablets 2 - 3 times a day, from 3 to 8 years - 2 - 2, 5 tablets a day (if necessary - to 4 tablets), 8-14 - 3 4 (6) pills a day.

     Possible side effects and contraindications are basically the same as for other drugs holinoliticheskih (see Tsiklodol).

     Product : adult tablets, containing 0,025 grams of phenobarbital and 0.01 g protsiklidina; Children tablets containing 0.02 grams of phenobarbital and 0,006 grams protsiklidina (in a package of 80 and 100 pieces).
