DIETIKSIM (Diaethyximum).

     Is reaktivatorom cholinesterase. There is a structural similarity to izonitrozinom. Gemaentsefalichesky penetrates through the barrier. Provides holinoliticheskoe little effect.

     Apply with atropine or other holinolitikami with organophosphate poisoning connections.

     Enter intramuscularly in a 10% aqueous solution. In early signs of poisoning - 0.3 - 0.5 g (3 - 5 ml) of the drug and 0,002 - 0,003 grams (2 to 3 ml of 0.1% atropine sulfate solution. If necessary, repeat injections 2 - 3 time intervals 3 - 4 hours in the average severity of poisoning and heavy doses dietiksima poisoning and atropine increase. It is a combination of dietiksima dipiroksimom.

     Form release: 10% solution of 5 ml ampoule.
