DEGRANOL (Degranol). 1, 6-bis - (b-Chloroethane) - amino-1, 6-dezoksimannita digidrohlorid.

     Synonym : Mannomustin.

     White powder. The easily soluble in water. Solutions are not upright easily gidrolizuyutsya.

     Applied degranol with chronic lymphoblastic, chronic mieloleykoze, chlamydia, and limfo- and retikulosarkomatoze, multiple myeloma, eritremii.

     Producing in ampoules, soderzhaschihpo 0.05 g dry preparation. Solutions prepared immediately before use, giving vials of 5 - 10 ml of sterile isotonic sodium chloride solution. Solution to impose only intravenously (in a day). Under the dose averaged 0.05-0.1 g (50 -100 mg) for an adult. The total dose of treatment an average of about 1 year

     Apply the product to be under close medical supervision and systematic blood control.

     Possible complications, precautions and contraindications are the same as in the application of other drugs in this group.
