DAKARBAZIN (Dacarbazine). 5 - (3, 3-Dimetil-1- triazeno) - imidazol-4- karboksamid.

     Synonyms : Biocarbazine, Deticene, DTIC.

     The structure and action has similarities with nitrozometilmochevinoy.

     Applied for the treatment of various cancers, particularly malignant melanoma and malignant lymphoma. Applied also in the testis tumors, rectal, digestive tract, central nervous system, okroshka soft tissue.

     Enter dacarbazine only intravenously. The contents of a bottle dissolve in 10 or 20 ml of sterile water for injection. Enter usually within 1 min. Regular dose of 200-250 mg per 1 m 2 body surface within 5 days. Treatment cycles repeat at intervals of 21 to 29 days.

     Applied dacarbazine alone or in combination therapy with other drugs : bleomitsinom, platinum drugs, 5-ftoruratsilom and others.
