TSELIAZA (Celiasum).

     The product containing streptokinase. Isolated from the culture of b-haemolytic streptokokka.

     Dried powder or porous mass components in the tablet, white or yellowish white with a touch of color. Gigroskopichen, readily soluble in water.

     The product has a characteristic of streptokinase: soderzhashiysya activates blood fibrinolitichesky proferment plazminogen, helping turn last plazmin providing fibrinoliticheskoe effect. The drug activity is expressed in international units (IU).

     Implemented in systemic and local arterial and venous thrombosis. Able to enter Thrombus. Like other drugs the same type of action most effective when applied in the first 5 to 7 days disease.

     Enter intravenously or kapelno vnutriarterialno. Before the introduction of the contents ampoule dissolve in 1 - 2 mL reopoliglyukina, isotonic sodium chloride solution, or 5% glucose solution. After complete dissolution of the contents of the syringe into ampoule carry gm vial with a solvent for future introduction.

     The solution remains active drug in 24 hours

     Possible side effects and contraindications essentially the same as in similar products (see Fibrinolizin, Streptoliaza). In connection with lysis of embolism and blood products in their dissolution, the reaction might be feverish, vomiting, headache, pain in the lumbar region.

     Application tseliazy counter with diseases in the state, predisposing to bleeding; Severe forms of sepsis; Hemorrhagic stroke; Aftercare, pregnancy and postpartum periods; Hypertension. In severe forms of diabetes tseliazu can appoint only living condition and with careful monitoring of blood coagulation system.

     Form release: in a dry form of 1 ml ampoule containing at 100000; 250000 or 500000 IU.

     Storage: in a dry, dark place at a temperature of up to + 2 + 10 'C.
