TSELEKOKSIB (Celecoxib).
4-[5 - (Metilfenil) -3 - (trifluoromethyl) -1 H pirazol-1- mud] benzosulfonamid.
Synonym: Tselebreks, Celebrex.
Provides anti-blood and action with a much reduced compared to the "normal" NPVS ultserogennom effect.
Quickly absorbed, C max 2-3 h; Biotransformation are in the liver and be in the form of metabolites mainly through reductions.
Apply with rheumatoid arthritis, distortive osteoartroze, sinovite jet.
Assign the interior of 0.1 g 2 times per day or 0.2 g 1-2 times a day.
Using the drug can be observed: dispersion, increased gastric ulcer disease and stomach cancer, gastrointestinal bleeding, breaches of sleep, a lack of clear, ringing in the ears, depression, anxiety, cough, increased blood pressure, disruption of kidney swelling, anemia, leukopenia , allergic skin reactions.
