Tsefodizim (cefodizime)
TSEFODIZIM (Cefodizime).
(6R, 7R) -7-[2 - (2-Amino-4- tiazolil) glioksilamido] -3-[[[5 - (karboksimetil) -4 - Methyl tiazolil] Thio] methyl] -8 - Ocso -5 - tia-1- azabitsiklo [4.2.0] okt-2- en-2- 72-carboxylic acid (Z) - (O-metiloksim).
Synonym: Modivid, Modivid.
Tsefalosporinovy third-generation antibiotic used parenteral transmission.
It has a wide range of microbicides. Active against streptococcal, stafilokokkov (except resistant to metitsillinu), and haemophilus bacteria fingers, dysentery, Protea, meningococcus, gonokokkov.
Apply in lower divisions infection of the respiratory system, urinary track, gonorrhea.
Назначают внутримышечно или внутривенно при инфекциях мочевыводящих путей по 1-2 г в сутки однократно или по 2 г 2 раза в сутки, при инфекциях дыхательных путей - 1-2 г 2 раза в сутки в течение 10-14 дней, при острой гонорее - 0 , 25, or 0.5 g once and chronic-1 g 2 times with an interval of 24 h.
Possible side effects: diarrhoeic phenomenon, disruption of the liver, leukopenia, agranulotsitoz, thrombocytopenia, haemolytic anaemia, allergic reactions.
Form release: dried powder for injection solutions in vials of 0.25; 0.5; 1 and 2 years
