5.3. In the event that the Parties fail to reach mutual agreement, the dispute shall be resolved in court in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation in the Arbitration Court of the city of Ivanovo.
6. Additional conditions.

6.1. The Company has the right to amend this Privacy Policy without the consent of the User.

6.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into effect from the moment of its placement, unless otherwise provided for in the new edition of the Privacy Policy.

6.3. Continued use of the Site after making such changes confirms the User's agreement with such changes.
