PHARMACHOLOGIC EFFECT

An expectorant is a herbal preparation for inhalation, baths and external use.
It also has an anti-inflammatory effect.
PHARMACOKINETICS

Data on the pharmacokinetics of Eucabal C are not available.

INDICATIONS

- in the complex therapy of diseases of the upper respiratory tract (including rhinitis, pharyngitis, bronchitis).

DOSING MODE

When applying the preparation in the form of grinds, it is recommended 2-3 times a day to apply a strip of emulsion 3-5 cm long on the skin of the breast and interlap area and rub it well.

When applying the drug in the form of steam inhalations, it is recommended to add a strip of emulsion 3-5 cm long in 1-2 liters of hot water, mix and breathe the steam under the towel.

When applying the drug in the form of baths (mainly in infants older than 2 months and young children), an emulsion strip of 8-10 cm in length is added to 20 liters of water at a temperature of 36-37 В° C (for infants ) or 2 strips of 10 cm for 40 liters (for young children ), bathing time is 10 minutes.
The baths are repeated until the symptoms disappear completely, 3-4 times a week. Additionally, if necessary, the emulsion is rubbed into the skin of the breast and the interscapular region.Children are advised to comply with bed rest.
SIDE EFFECT

Possible: allergic reactions, increased bronchospasm.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

- bronchial asthma;

- Whooping cough;

- Children's age up to 2 months (for application in the form of baths and rubbing);

- Children under 5 years of age (for use as inhalants);

- Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.

Do not use the drug in the form of rubbing in violation of the integrity of the skin, the presence of skin diseases in areas of intended use.

Do not use the drug in the form of rubbing in the face (especially the nose) in infants and young children.

The use of the drug in the form of baths has the following contraindications:

- diseases of the cardiovascular system (arterial hypertension, heart failure, arrhythmia, angina pectoris) in the stage of decompensation;

- increase in body temperature (more than 38 В° C) for infectious diseases.

PREGNANCY AND LACTATION

The question of the possibility of using the drug during pregnancy and during lactation is decided by the doctor individually.

APPLICATION FOR CHILDREN

Contraindications:

- Children's age up to 2 months (for application in the form of baths and rubbing);

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

The drug is intended for inhalation and external use only.

After taking a bath, do not take a shower and rub yourself with a towel.

Avoid contact with the eyes.

OVERDOSE

With the occasional ingestion, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea may develop.
