PHARMACHOLOGIC EFFECT

The drug has venotonic and angioprotective effect, causes an increase in the elasticity of the veins, which allows improving the outflow of blood and lymph from the diseased limb. An increase in the tone of the veins is associated with a direct stimulating effect on postsynaptic ОІ-adrenoreceptors of the smooth muscle cells of the vascular wall. The drug improves the outflow of lymph from peripheral tissues. Cycloid 3 cream reduces permeability and increases the resistance of capillaries, improves hemorheological properties of the blood. The drug does not affect the tone of the arteries, does not cause changes in blood pressure. The therapeutic effect of the drug reaches a maximum 40 minutes after the application of the cream on the skin and persists for about 3 hours. The therapeutic effect of the drug is enhanced when the ambient temperature rises.
PHARMACOKINETICS
After the absorption of the drug C max glycosides of the needle in the stratum corneum of the epidermis is reached after 30 minutes, and in the blood plasma - after 100 minutes.

DOSING MODE
