The drug exhibits cerebroprotective, antihypoxic, antioxidant and metabolic action, promotes synthesis in gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) and serotonin neurons, and limits the necrosis zone.
Pharmacological activity of the drug is determined by the combined effect of the components on the production of ATP in the mitochondria. The substrate of the Krebs cycle succinic acid activates succinate dehydrogenase, supports the activity of the fastest succinate oxidase pathway for the formation of macroerges. Due to the regulatory effect of succinic acid, the formation of free radicals decreases, the activity of antioxidant defense enzymes and the energy potential of the cell are restored. It activates the oxidation-reduction enzymes of the respiratory chain of the mitochondria, promotes the utilization of glucose and fatty acids, stimulates the synthesis of protein and nucleic acids, the resynthesis of macroerges even under conditions of severe ischemia and hypoxia. Succinic acid has a pronounced antitoxic effect, providing the necessary energy support to the systems of detoxification and elimination. The predecessor of ATP-riboxin has antihypoxic, metabolic and anabolic effects. It facilitates the utilization of carbohydrates by the cell, pyruvic acid, improves oxidative processes due to the activation of xanthine dehydrogenase and the enzymes of the Krebs cycle; the effect is manifested even with a lower concentration of oxygen in the blood. Riboxin improves the energy balance of cells, activates tissue regeneration, reduces platelet aggregation. Riboflavin normalizes the metabolic processes of mitochondria during hypoxia and increased demand for ATP, interacting with adenosine triphosphoric acid and forming a flavinadenine mononucleotide and flavinadenine dinucleotide - coenzymes of flavinproteins, which provide the activity of the succinate-oxidase complex and cytochrome C reductase. It promotes the activation of carbohydrate, protein and fat metabolism, regulates oxidation-reduction processes, participates in the synthesis of hemoglobin, in the maintenance of normal visual function of the eye.Nicotinamide is a coenzyme of NAD- and NADP-dependent mitochondrial dehydrogenases, providing oxidation-reduction and synthetic processes due to hydrogen transfer. He takes an active part in carbohydrate, protein and fat metabolism, tissue respiration. Nicotinamide stimulates the utilization of glucose, improves microcirculation, has an antitoxic and weak anticoagulant effect; participates in the regulation of higher nervous activity, reducing the deficiency of tryptophan, a precursor of the neurotransmitter serotonin. By facilitating the synthesis of serotonin in the central nervous system, nicotinamide reduces insomnia, depression, depression, anxiety, nervousness, delirium, hallucinations, and helps concentration.
The drug improves cerebral blood flow, metabolic processes in the central nervous system, eliminates reflex disorders, sensitivity disorders, improves the intellectual and mnestic functions of the brain.


All components of the drug are well absorbed in the gastrointestinal tract, distributed in the body and metabolized.
Succinic acid is exposed in the mitochondria to oxidative decomposition to CO 2 , which is excreted with exhaled air. The time of elimination of half of the injected dose of succinic acid from the body is 0.48 hours, the time of reaching the maximum concentration is 0.75 hours. With a single admission of therapeutic dose, succinic acid circulates in the blood in 0.89 hours. Riboxin is metabolized in the liver with the formation of glucuronic acid and its subsequent oxidation; in a small amount excreted in the urine. C max of riboxin in plasma is reached after about 1 hour; T 1/2 from the plasma - about 50 min. Riboflavin when ingested unevenly distributed in the body (mainly enters the myocardium, liver, kidneys), penetrates through the placenta and into the mother's milk. Up to 60% of riboflavin binds to proteins, excretion is carried out by the kidneys, mostly unchanged, in part - in the form of metabolites. T 1/2 Riboflavin from the plasma - about 2 hours. Nicotinamide is rapidly distributed into all tissues when administered orally; penetrates through the placenta and into the mother's milk. Metabolized in the liver with the formation of nicotinamide-N-methyl nicotinamide.Excretion is carried out by the kidneys. T 1/2 from the plasma is 1.3 hours.

In complex therapy:

- chronic insufficiency of cerebral circulation;

- the recovery period of ischemic disorders of cerebral circulation;

- encephalopathy of various etiologies (hepatic, alcoholic encephalopathy, etc.).


Assign adults 1 tablet 3 times a day after eating.
The course of treatment for 4-6 weeks, repeat 2-3 times a year. The highest daily dose of the drug is 5 tablets.

Usually the drug is well tolerated, non-addictive, non-toxic.
In the case of individual intolerance to the components of the drug, allergic reactions are possible: rash, itching and reddening of the skin.

Can change the color of urine (stains urine in light yellow or dark color).
The drug can increase the concentration of uric acid in the blood and cause an exacerbation of gout. Possible visual impairment, impaired renal function.

Succinic acid is well combined with all medicines, reduces their toxic side effect.
Riboflavin reduces the activity of doxycycline, tetracycline, oxytetracycline, erythromycin, and lincomycin; not compatible with streptomycin. Chlorpromazine, imipramine, amitriptyline due to blockade of flavinokinase disrupt the incorporation of riboflavin into flavinadenine mononucleotide and flavinadenine dinucleotide and increase its excretion in the urine. Ethanol, tricyclic antidepressants, phenothiazines, drugs that block tubular secretion, reduce absorption and slow the metabolism of riboflavin. M-holinoblokatory increase absorption and bioavailability due to decreased intestinal peristalsis. Thyroid hormones, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors accelerate the metabolism of riboflavin. Simultaneous administration of an antitumor drug with methotrexate reduces the activity of riboflavin. Riboflavin reduces and prevents side effects of chloramphenicol (violation of hemopoiesis, optic neuritis). Inosin increases the effect of antiarrhythmic, antianginal and inotropic drugs. Nicotinamide increases the effect of fibrinolytic, antispasmodic, hypotensive drugs, cardiac glycosides, acetylsalicylic acid, reduces the absorption of bile acid sequestrants.

The drug is released by prescription.

Term of validity.
2.5 years. Do not use after the expiration date printed on the package.
