PHARMACHOLOGIC EFFECT

Combined drug effect, which is due to the effects of its constituent ingredients (pamabrom - diuretic, conducive to the removal of fluid from the body, paracetamol - analgesic, eliminating pain, pyrilamine maleate - an antagonist of H 1 -histamine receptors).

The drug Femizol is intended for relief of such symptoms of premenstrual syndrome, as: bloating, weight gain due to fluid retention in the body, headaches and back pain.

INDICATIONS

- treatment of premenstrual syndrome.

DOSING MODE

Take 1-2 tablets with water.
Reception can be repeated every 4-6 hours, as necessary, but not more than 8 tablets / day.
SIDE EFFECT

Drowsiness, dizziness.

Rarely : allergic reactions (skin rash, hives, angioedema).

With prolonged use in high doses , a hepatotoxic effect is possible.

In isolated cases: thrombocytopenia, hemolytic anemia.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

- The age of children under 15;

- Pregnancy;

- increased individual sensitivity to the ingredients of the drug;

- severe forms of impaired liver and / or kidney function.

PREGNANCY AND LACTATION

The drug is contraindicated for use in pregnancy.

In the period of breastfeeding should be prescribed only in case of obvious necessity.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

The drug Femizol should not be taken more than 10 days in a row, unless it is prescribed by a doctor.

Do not take this medication without telling your doctor if you have respiratory problems, and if you have glaucoma.

During the intake of this drug should be avoided the use of alcoholic beverages.

Influence on ability to drive and other mechanisms

When taking the drug, femizol should refrain from driving vehicles and working with mechanisms.

OVERDOSE

Excitatory effect on the central nervous system (hallucinations, impaired coordination of movements, convulsions).

Treatment is symptomatic.
