PHARMACHOLOGIC EFFECT

Complex homeopathic preparation.
It regulates the balance of the hypothalamus-pituitary-ovary system, normalizes the menstrual cycle, regulates the intensity of bleeding, reduces the manifestations of algodismorrhoea, weakens the manifestations of the premenstrual tension syndrome (emotional lability, irritability, aggression, depression, tearfulness), reduces edematous syndrome. With menopausal syndrome, Remens reduces psycho-emotional manifestations (emotional lability, touchiness, aggressiveness, depression, tearfulness, sleep disturbances), vegetative (hot flashes, hyperhidrosis, palpitations, cardialgia, fluctuations of blood pressure) and metabolic disorders (normalizes fat metabolism, prevents weight gain, reduces the risk of developing cardiovascular diseases). Remens has an anti-inflammatory effect on the tissues of the ovaries and endometrium, improves the microcirculation of the pelvic organs.
PHARMACOKINETICS

The action of Remens is the result of the combined action of its components, therefore it is not possible to carry out kinetic observations;
all components can not be traced with the help of markers or bioassays. For the same reason, it is impossible to detect metabolites of the drug.
INDICATIONS

In the complex therapy with:

- Violations of the menstrual cycle (including secondary amenorrhea, dysmenorrhea, premenstrual tension syndrome);

- climacteric syndrome;

- endometritis;

- adnexitis.

DOSING MODE

For menstrual disorders (including secondary amenorrhea, dysmenorrhea, premenstrual tension syndrome), adults and adolescents are prescribed 1 tab.
or 10 drops 3 times / day. Duration of treatment - 3 months. If necessary, the course of treatment can be repeated after 1 month.
With menopausal syndrome appoint 1 tab.
or 10 drops 3 times / day. Duration of treatment - at least 6 months. When the condition is stabilized, the drug is prescribed 1-2 times / day.
In chronic inflammatory diseases of female genital organs, adults and adolescents are prescribed 1 tab.
or 10 drops 3 times / day. Duration of treatment - 3 months. If necessary, the course of treatment can be repeated after 1 month.
At the onset of the disease and in cases requiring rapid relaxation of symptoms , it is possible to take the drug 8-10 drops every 0.5-1 h, but not more than 8 times / day.
After improving the condition, the drug is prescribed 3 times / day.
The drug is taken 30 minutes before or 1 hour after eating.
Drops are taken in pure form or diluted in 1 tablespoon of water, having held 20-30 sec in the mouth before swallowing. The tablet should be kept under the tongue until it is completely resorbed.
SIDE EFFECT

Rarely: increased salivation.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

- Children under 12 years of age (due to inadequate clinical data);

- Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.
