PHARMACHOLOGIC EFFECT
The preparation is of plant origin. It is a complex of biologically active components, it has a stimulating, tonic acting effect.
PHARMACOKINETICS
Data on the pharmacokinetics of Rylis В® are not available.
INDICATIONS
- treatment and prevention of erectile dysfunction;
- to restore and strengthen sexual function, stimulate sexual desire, as well as prevent their violations;
- physical and emotional overstrain, reconvalescence after somatic and infectious diseases, to improve the working capacity of the organism.
DOSING MODE
To avoid complications, the drug should be used as directed by the doctor.
The drug is taken orally.
For the treatment and prevention of erectile dysfunction, recovery and enhancement of sexual function, stimulation of sexual desire, as well as the prevention of their violations, the drug is used 1-2 capsules / day, in the morning. Duration of admission is 2-3 months. Recommended repeated 2-3-month courses of taking the drug 2 times a year with intervals between courses 3-4 weeks.
In case of physical and emotional overstrain, reconvalescence after somatic and infectious diseases, 1 capsule / day (in the first half of the day) for 1 month isrecommended to increase the working capacity of the organism .
SIDE EFFECT
On the part of the cardiovascular system: perhaps - an increase in blood pressure, tachycardia.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

Rylis В® promotes the onset of an erection only in the presence of sexual arousal. Spontaneous erection without erotic stimulation does not cause the drug.

In view of the inadequacy of data on the study of reproductive toxicity of the drug, when it is used, effective contraceptive methods should be provided for patients of both sexes.

OVERDOSE
When using the drug in doses exceeding the recommended, it is possible to increase the side effects.
DRUG INTERACTION
Reilis В® enhances the action of psychostimulants and analeptics (including caffeine, camphor).
The drug shows antagonism when interacting with drugs that depress the central nervous system (antiepileptic drugs, neuroleptics, tranquilizers, sedatives).
Strengthens the effect of hypoglycemic drugs, warfarin.
Increases the risk of developing resistance to "loop" diuretics.
With simultaneous use, it is possible to increase the effect of antianginal agents.
