PHARMACHOLOGIC EFFECT
The preparation modifies the functional activity of the S-100 protein, which conjugates information and metabolic processes in the brain. Sensitizes the neuronal membrane, modulates the synaptic plasticity of the neurons. Has a modifying effect on the functional state of brain structures involved in the formation of alcohol dependence: hypothalamus, hippocampus.
With alcohol dependence, it has a normalizing effect on the system of positive emotional reinforcement, which leads to a decrease in the frequency of self-stimulation of the lateral hypothalamus. Reduces the bursting activity of neurons in the hippocampus; reduces the number of circulating immunocomplexes in the peripheral blood, which correlates with a decrease in ethanol consumption. Helps enhance the inhibitory effects of GABA in the central nervous system. It is experimentally established that the drug restores the neurotransmitter balance and conditioned reflex activity. Increases brain resistance to hypoxia and to toxic effects.
INDICATIONS
- Monotherapy of alcoholic withdrawal syndrome of mild and moderate severity.
It shows an anti-alcoholic effect, reduces the desire for alcohol and reduces the likelihood of relapses.
The drug facilitates both psychopathological disorders (anxiety, mental stress, insomnia, irritability, anxiety, mood reduction, intense craving for alcohol), and somatovegetative disorders (weakness, sweating, headache, tremor, tachycardia, digestive disorders) alcoholic hangover syndrome.
DOSING MODE
At 1 reception - 10 drops in a tablespoon of water (not during a meal).
In the state of a hangover in the first 2 hours, the drug is taken 10 drops every 30 minutes; in the following 8-10 hours - 10 drops / 1 hour.
In case of sleep, the reception is resumed upon awakening. Later on, when the condition improves, the drug is taken 10 drops every 2 to 3 hours (4-6 doses / day) for 2-3 days. When weighting the symptoms of alcohol withdrawal, it is necessary to attach medications traditionally used in detoxification.
For the prevention of recurrences, the drug is taken 10 drops 1-2 times / day for 2-3 months; after accidental consumption of alcohol take an additional 10 drops of the drug 2 times (during the day and at night).

OVERDOSE
To date, no cases of overdose have been observed.
