PHARMACHOLOGIC EFFECT

A combined preparation containing the components necessary for hair and nail growth - calcium pantothenate, cystine, amino acids, keratin.
The effect of the drug is due to the properties of its constituent components.
PHARMACOKINETICS

The action of the drug Panto-vigir is the cumulative effect of its components, therefore it is not possible to carry out kinetic observations.

INDICATIONS

- diffuse hair loss non-hormonal etiology;

- degenerative changes in the structure of the hair (due to chemical effects, hair damage by solar and ultraviolet radiation);

- violation of the structure of the nails.

DOSING MODE

For adults, the drug is prescribed 1 capsule 3 times / day.
The drug is recommended to be taken simultaneously with food intake, the capsule should be swallowed whole, without chewing, squeezed with a small amount of liquid.
The duration of treatment is 3-6 months.
If necessary, it is possible to increase the duration of the course of treatment or its recurrence.
SIDE EFFECT

Allergic reactions: itching, hives.

From the cardiovascular system: increased heart rate.

From the digestive system: nausea, vomiting, flatulence, abdominal pain.

Other: increased sweating.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

- I and II trimester of pregnancy;

- the period of lactation (breastfeeding);

- childhood;

- Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.

PREGNANCY AND LACTATION

The drug is contraindicated for use in the I and II trimesters of pregnancy and lactation (breastfeeding).

In the third trimester of pregnancy, the drug can be administered only as directed by the doctor.

APPLICATION FOR CHILDREN

The drug is contraindicated in children.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

Infectious diseases of nails and androgenic alopecia are not indications for the use of the drug.
At the given pathologies the preparation can be used as a part of the combined therapy.
It should be explained to the patient that hair formation is a long process, and therefore the drug should be taken at the indicated doses regularly for 3-6 months.

The patient should be aware that if diseases of the hair or nails take an unfavorable, highly progressive course, it is necessary to consult a doctor again, since
these diseases can be symptoms of systemic diseases.
If the patient is taking sulfonamide drugs, he should consult a doctor before taking Panto-vair.

OVERDOSE

No cases of drug overdose were reported.

DRUG INTERACTION

Drug interaction of the drug is not described.

The drug is approved for use as a means of OTC.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF STORAGE

The drug should be stored out of reach of children, dry, protected from light at a temperature of no higher than 25 В° C.
