PHARMACHOLOGIC EFFECT

Eubiotic for intravaginal application.

Lactobacillus casei are gram-positive rod-shaped anaerobic non-spore-forming bacteria.
Lactobacillus casei is a normal obligate flora of the oral cavity, intestine, vulva and vagina of a person. Lactobacillus casei, along with other types of lactobacilli (including L. acidophilus, L. fermentum, L. cellobiosum), are present in the normal flora of the vulva and vagina of a woman.
Colonization of the vagina with chopsticks Lactobacillus casei rhamnosus Doderleini creates a similar to the physiological environment in the vagina.
The strain Lactobacillus casei rhamnosus Doderleini in the formulation Lactoinal has antagonistic activity against a wide range of pathogenic and opportunistic bacteria (including Staphylococcus spp., Proteus spp., Enteropathogenic Escherichia coli), improves local metabolic processes and promotes the restoration of natural local immunity.
When the Lactoinital capsule is inserted into the vagina, the gelatinous capsule shell dissolves with the release of a lyophilized culture of live lactobacilli.

In vitro it was shown that Lactobacillus casei rhamnosus Doderleini within a few hours after administration leads to the necessary decrease in pH, contributing to the restoration of the natural microflora of the vagina.
