PHARMACHOLOGIC EFFECT
Combined drug containing a complex of vitamins and minerals, which are important factors in metabolic processes.
Vitamin-mineral complex is designed to meet the physiological needs of vitamins and minerals in addition to the diet, balanced with the daily requirement for vitamins and minerals. Compatibility of components in 1 tablet is provided with a special production technology for vitamin preparations.
Vitamin A (retinol acetate) provides a normal function of the skin, mucous membranes, and also the organ of vision.
Vitamin B 1 (thiamine chloride) as coenzyme is involved in carbohydrate metabolism, the functioning of the nervous system.
Vitamin B 2 (riboflavin) is the most important catalyst in the processes of cellular respiration and visual perception.
Vitamin B 6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) as coenzyme takes part in protein metabolism and the synthesis of neurotransmitters.
Vitamin B 12 (cyanocobalamin) is involved in the synthesis of nucleotides, is an important factor in normal growth, hematopoiesis and the development of epithelial cells; is necessary for the metabolism of folic acid and myelin synthesis.
Nicotinamide is involved in the processes of tissue respiration, fat and carbohydrate metabolism.

DOSING MODE
Is taken orally after a meal.
For the prevention of vitamin-mineral deficiency - 1 tab. 1 time / day. In conditions accompanied by an increased need for vitamins and minerals , 1 tab. 2 times / day.The course of treatment is 4 weeks. Repeated courses - on the advice of a doctor.
SIDE EFFECT
Allergic reactions to the components of the drug are possible.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
- hypersensitivity to the components of the drug;
- Children under 12 years old.
APPLICATION FOR CHILDREN
Contraindicated use of the drug for children under 12 years.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
Possible staining of urine in a bright yellow color, completely harmless and due to the presence of riboflavin in the preparation.
It is not recommended to use Complyit В® concomitantly with other preparations containing vitamins and minerals.
OVERDOSE
In case of overdose, see a doctor.
Treatment: temporary discontinuation of the drug, gastric lavage, intake of activated charcoal inside, symptomatic treatment.
DRUG INTERACTION
Iron and calcium delay the absorption in the intestine of antibiotics from the group of tetracyclines and derivatives of fluoroquinolones.
With the simultaneous use of vitamin C and sulfonamide drugs of short duration, the risk of developing crystalluria increases.
Antacid preparations containing aluminum, magnesium, calcium, as well as colestyramine reduce iron absorption.
Ascorbic acid increases absorption of penicillin and iron. With the simultaneous administration of diuretics from the group of thiazides, the likelihood of hypercalcemia increases.
Vitamin B 6 reduces the activity of levodopa in patients with Parkinsonism.

The drug should be stored with a dry, protected from light and inaccessible to children at a temperature of no higher than 25 В° C. Shelf life - 2 years.
