PHARMACHOLOGIC EFFECT
Radiopaque non-ionic water-soluble agent.
The solution has low osmotic pressure, which contributes to good local and systemic tolerance. Used as a contrast agent for intra-venous, intravenous and / or intravenous administration.
INDICATIONS
Neuroradiology: myeloradiculography, cisternography, ventriculography.

Angiography: cerebral angiography, coronary angiography, thoracic aortography, aortic abdominal aorta, angiocardiography, selective visceral arteriography, peripheral arteriography, venography, digital subtraction angiography.

Urography: intravenous urography, computed tomography.

Arthrography: fistulography.

DOSING MODE
Neuroradiology: 5-15 ml (200-300 mg iodine / ml).

Angiography: for cerebral angiography - 5-10 ml bolus (300 mg iodine / ml);
for coronary angiography, thoracic aortography, abdominal aortography, angiocardiography - 1.0-1.2 ml / kg (370 mg iodine / ml); for conducting selective visceral arteriography - 300-370 mg iodine / ml; for the conduct of peripheral arteriography is recommended the introduction of 40-50 ml of the solution (300-370 mg iodine / ml); to conduct venography recommended the introduction of 30-50 ml (300 mg iodine / ml); for digital angiography 1-15 ml (200 mg iodine / ml) or 40 ml bolus (300-370 mg iodine / ml).
Urography: recommended doses - 30-50 ml.

When carrying out a computer tomography - 0.5-2 ml / kg (300-370 mg iodine / ml) iv bolus, drip or in a combination of these two methods.

Arthrography: the recommended dose is 300 mg iodine / ml.

SIDE EFFECT
From the digestive system: nausea, vomiting.

From the side of the central nervous system: headache, dizziness, agitation, loss of consciousness, convulsions.
If during the examination an epileptic fit develops - iv diazepam or phenobarbital sodium.
From the cardiovascular system: a decrease in blood pressure, tachycardia, cyanosis.

Allergic reactions: acute rhinitis or laryngeal edema, rash.

General reactions on the part of the body: skin hyperemia, fever, fever, sweating, asthenia, pallor, dyspnea.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
Waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia, multiple myeloma, hepatic and / or renal failure, severe thyrotoxicosis, hypersensitivity to the active substance.

PREGNANCY AND LACTATION
In pregnancy, the use of iodine-containing contrast agent is possible only in case of emergency.

Contraindicated in renal failure.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

In patients with thyrotoxicosis, the use of iodine-containing contrast agent is possible only in case of emergency.

DRUG INTERACTION
