PHARMACOKINETICS
When ingested, it undergoes pre-systemic hydrolysis and is not detected in the plasma. Metabolised in the liver to veratric acid and mebeverin alcohol. Excreted mainly by the kidneys in the form of metabolites, in small amounts - bile (completely - within 24 hours).
INDICATIONS
Spastic conditions of the gastrointestinal tract caused by organic diseases. Symptomatic treatment of pain, spastic conditions, unpleasant sensations in irritable bowel syndrome.
DOSING MODE
Take inside 100 mg 4 times or 135 mg 3 times / day. When the desired clinical effect is achieved, the dose is gradually reduced within a few weeks.
SIDE EFFECT

CONTRAINDICATIONS
