PHARMACHOLOGIC EFFECT
Has an expectorant, diuretic and sedative effect. Strengthens the intestinal peristalsis, increases appetite and secretion of gastric juice, has moderate antimicrobial properties.
INDICATIONS
Internally, oregano infusion is used as an expectorant for diseases of the respiratory tract (acute and chronic bronchitis, acute respiratory viral infections); as a means of increasing appetite and improving digestion, with secretory deficiency of the gastrointestinal tract, with intestinal atony, with enterocolitis accompanied by constipation and flatulence. External applied in the complex therapy for pyoderma and atopic dermatitis (diathesis).
DOSING MODE
About 10 grams of raw materials (2 tablespoons) are placed in glass or enamel ware, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of hot boiled water, cover with a lid and heat in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, filter, the remaining raw material is squeezed . The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.
Take the inside in a warm form for 1 / 4-1 / 2 cup infusion 2 times a day for 15 minutes before meals.
External apply for baths or in the form of lotions 2-3 times a day. Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.
