PHARMACHOLOGIC EFFECT
Combined herbal preparation; has bronchodilator, mucolytic, expectorant and anti-inflammatory effect.
INDICATIONS
Symptomatic therapy of acute and chronic respiratory diseases, accompanied by a dry cough or hard-to-cough cough:
pharyngitis;
- laryngitis, incl. "lecture";
tracheitis;
bronchitis.
DOSING MODE
Children aged 3 to 5 years - 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) 3 times / day; at the age of 6 to 14 years - 1 / 2-1 teaspoonful (2.5-5 ml) 3 times / day.
Adults and children older than 14 years - 5-10 ml 3 times / day.
The course of treatment is 2-3 weeks. An increase in the duration and conduct of repeated courses of treatment is possible on the recommendation of a doctor.
SIDE EFFECT
Allergic reactions are possible .
If side effects occur that are not described in the instructions, the patient should stop taking the medication and inform the treating doctor.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
- deficiency of sugar / isomaltase, intolerance to fructose, glucose-galactose malabsorption;
- children's age till 3 years;
- Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.
Caution should be given to patients with diabetes.
PREGNANCY AND LACTATION
Due to the lack of experience in pregnant and lactating women, this medication is not recommended for this group of patients.
APPLICATION FOR CHILDREN
Contraindicated in children under the age of 3 years.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
The drug contains sugar, which must be taken into account by patients with diabetes mellitus, as well as persons on a hypocaloric diet.
In one single dose for adults (5-10 ml) contains 3.75-7.5 g of sucrose, which corresponds to 0.31-0.62 XE.
If the medicine has become unusable or has expired, do not throw it into sewage or into the street. It is necessary to put the drug in a bag and put it in the garbage container. These measures will help protect the environment.
Impact on the ability to drive vehicles and manage mechanisms
The drug does not affect the ability to perform potentially hazardous activities requiring increased concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions (vehicle management, work with moving mechanisms, dispatcher and operator work).
OVERDOSE
Information on the drug overdose has not been received so far.
DRUG INTERACTION
It is not recommended simultaneous reception with antitussive drugs in connection with the possibility of disturbance of diluted sputum.
TERMS OF RELEASE FROM PHARMACY
The drug is dispensed without a prescription.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF STORAGE
The drug should be stored out of reach of children at a temperature of no higher than 30 В° C. Shelf life - 3 years.
