PHARMACHOLOGIC EFFECT

Immunomodulator, which affects cellular and humoral immunity.
Derinat ® stimulates reparative processes, has an anti-inflammatory effect, normalizes the tissue state in dystrophic changes in vascular genesis.
The drug activates antiviral, antifungal and antimicrobial immunity, has a high reparative and regenerative effect.

With external application, Derinat ® promotes healing of trophic ulcers, infected wounds and deep burns, greatly accelerating epithelialization.
Under the action of Derinata, there is an incomplete scar healing of ulcerative defects on the mucous membrane.
PHARMACOKINETICS

Suction and distribution

Sodium deoxyribonucleate is rapidly absorbed by topical application and distributed along the lymphatic pathways in organs and tissues.

Metabolism and excretion

Sodium deoxyribonucleate is metabolized in the body.
It is excreted mostly by the kidneys and partly by the feces.
INDICATIONS

As a monotherapy:

- prevention and treatment of ARVI;

- ARI;

- inflammatory and dystrophic diseases of the eyes;

- inflammatory diseases of the oral mucosa.

As part of complex therapy:

- chronic inflammatory diseases, fungal, bacterial and other infections of mucous membranes in gynecology;

- acute and chronic diseases of the upper respiratory tract (rhinitis, sinusitis / including frontal sinusitis,);

obliterating diseases of the lower limbs;

- trophic ulcers;

- gangrene;

- infected and long-term non-healing wounds (including diabetes mellitus);

- burns;

- frostbite;

- Post-radiation necrosis of the skin and mucous membranes;

- Hemorrhoids.

DOSING MODE

Derinat ® in the form of a solution for external and topical administration is prescribed depending on the localization of the pathological process.

The drug is prescribed to children from the first day of life and adults .

For the prevention of acute respiratory viral infusion, 2 drops are applied to each nasal passage 2-4 times / day for 1-2 weeks.
When symptoms of respiratory disease appear, the drug is injected 2-3 drops into each nasal passage every 1-1.5 hours during the first day, then 2-3 drops in each nasal passage 3-4 times / day. The duration of the course of therapy is from 5 days to 1 month.
With inflammatory diseases of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses, the drug is instilled by 3-5 drops in each nasal passage 4-6 times / day;
the duration of the course is 7-15 days.
In inflammatory diseases of the oral cavity , rinsing the mouth with a solution of the drug 4-6 times / day (1 bottle for 2-3 rinses).
The duration of the course of therapy is 5-10 days.
With chronic inflammatory diseases, fungal, bacterial and other infections in gynecological practice - intravaginal
the introduction of tampons with the drug or irrigation of the vagina and cervix for 5 ml per procedure 1-2 times / day for 10-14 days.
With hemorrhoids, the drug is administered rectally with the help of a microclyster of 15-40 ml.
The duration of treatment is 4-10 days.
In ophthalmic practice in severe inflammatory and dystrophic processes, Derinat ® is instilled in the eye 1-2 drops 2-3 times a day for 14-45 days.

With obliterating diseases of the lower extremities in order to achieve a systemic effect, the drug is instilled by 1-2 drops into each nasal passage 6 times / day, the course duration is up to 6 months.

With post-radiation necrosis of the skin and mucous membranes, with long-term non-healing wounds, burns, frostbites, trophic ulcers of various etiologies, gangrene,it is recommended to apply application dressings (gauze in 2 layers) with application of the drug 3-4 times / day or perform treatment of the affected surface preparation from the nebulizer 10-40 ml 4-5 times / day.
The course of treatment - 1-3 months.
SIDE EFFECT

With external and local application of the drug, no side effects were identified.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

- Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.

PREGNANCY AND LACTATION

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

In the course of numerous experimental and clinical laboratory studies, the absence of mutagenic, teratogenic, embryotoxic, carcinogenic effects, allergenic properties, cytogenetic effects was demonstrated;
revealed its moderate antimutagenic effect.
With gangrenous processes, the drug causes spontaneous rejection of necrotic masses in the foci of rejection with the restoration of the skin.

OVERDOSE

Until now, cases of overdose of Derinat ® have not been reported.
