C max iron in blood plasma is reached within 2-4 hours.
INDICATIONS
Treatment and prevention of iron deficiency anemia of various genesis in adults and children;

The combination of iron and folic acid salts is more preferable for iron deficiency anemia with folic acid deficiency.

When the course is used, systematic monitoring of serum iron and hemoglobin levels is necessary.

DRUG INTERACTION
Under the influence of ascorbic acid, trivalent iron is converted into bivalent iron, which improves its absorption.

With the simultaneous use of iron sulfate and antacid agents containing aluminum, magnesium, calcium, as well as with colestyramine, penicillamine, iron absorption from the gastrointestinal tract decreases.

With the simultaneous use of iron sulfate and antibiotics of the tetracycline group, complex compounds are formed, which reduce the absorption of iron and antibiotics.

With the simultaneous use of iron sulfate c GCS, it is possible to enhance the stimulation of erythropoiesis.
