PHARMACHOLOGIC EFFECT
Has gastroprotective properties due to anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and membrane-stabilizing action, caused by oppression of the intensity of free radical and peroxide processes in the mucous membrane of the stomach and duodenum.
Has an antispasmodic effect; bactericidal action against Helicobacter pylori, which is one of the etiopathogenetic factors of the development of gastroduodenitis, peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum.
PHARMACOKINETICS
The preparation contains a complex of biologically active substances, therefore it is not possible to carry out pharmacokinetic studies.
INDICATIONS
- prevention and treatment of peptic ulcer of stomach and duodenum, chronic gastritis and gastroduodenitis (including in the stage of exacerbation), in mono- or combination therapy with antacid agents.
DOSING MODE
Inside. Adults 10 ml 2-3 times a day for 15 minutes before meals.
The course of treatment is 2-3 weeks. Repeated course (if necessary) - after 1-2 weeks.
SIDE EFFECT
Allergic reactions; pain in the right hypochondrium.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
- age up to 18 years;
- Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.
With caution: chronic cholecystitis, conditions after cholecystectomy.
PREGNANCY AND LACTATION
It is not recommended to use the drug during pregnancy and during breastfeeding because of the lack of clinical data.
APPLICATION FOR CHILDREN
Contraindicated in children under 18 years.
