PHARMACHOLOGIC EFFECT
Combined drug, has analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effect.
Metamizole has analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects.
Caffeine has anti-migraine (tones the vessels of the brain) and psycho-stimulating effect.
Thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B 1 ) is involved in the metabolism and contributes to the improvement of neuromuscular reflex regulation.
INDICATIONS
- Moderately or weakly expressed pain syndrome (headache, dental, migraine pain, neuralgia, myalgia, joint pain, radicular syndrome, algodismenorea, renal, biliary and intestinal colic).
- the raised body temperature at cold and other infectious-inflammatory diseases (at the established diagnosis).
DOSING MODE
Inside after eating 1 tab. 2-3 times in the morning. The maximum single dose for adults is 2 tablets, daily - 6 tablets. not more than 1-2 days.
Children aged 12 to 16 years - for 0.5-1 tab. 2-3 times / day, the maximum daily dose - 4 tablets.
Duration of admission - no more than 5 days with the appointment as an anesthetic and 3 days - as an antipyretic. An increase in the daily dose of the drug or the duration of treatment is possible only under the supervision of a physician.
SIDE EFFECT
Allergic reactions: (skin rash, itching, Quincke's edema, anaphylactic shock); bronchospasm.
With prolonged admission - a violation of the blood system (thrombocytopenia, leukopenia, agranulocytosis).
Possible sleep disorders, palpitation, heart rhythm disturbances.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

OVERDOSE
Symptoms: nausea, vomiting, epigastric pain, mental and motor excitement, tachycardia, heart rhythm disturbances, possible decrease in diuresis, epileptiform convulsions.

DRUG INTERACTION
The simultaneous use of metamizole sodium with other non-narcotic analgesics, NSAIDs may lead to a mutual enhancement of toxic effects.
Tricyclic antidepressants, oral contraceptives, allopurinol disrupt the metabolism of metamizole sodium in the liver and increase its toxicity.
Barbiturates, phenylbutazone and other inducers of microsomal liver enzymes weaken the action of metamizole sodium.
The simultaneous use of metamizole sodium with cyclosporine reduces the level of the latter in the blood.
Sedatives and tranquilizers increase the analgesic effect of metamizole sodium.
